Information you enter

The enquiry composer prepares a draft in your email application. Its optional name, firm and message fields stay in the current page; they are not uploaded to this website or saved by us in browser storage. The email is sent only when you choose Send in your email application.

Information you send

If you send an email, its contents and normal email metadata reach the receiving mailbox and its email service. We use an enquiry to respond, discuss the requested demonstration or evaluation, and maintain the related correspondence. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Please do not send investor registers, identity documents or personal financial records with an initial enquiry. We agree an appropriate channel and processing terms before receiving evaluation data.

Website delivery

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery. Those services receive technical request information such as an IP address and request details as part of delivering and protecting the site. Their infrastructure is separate from any dedicated customer product deployment; this website does not promise Saudi-only processing.

The website code does not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Hosting access controls may use their own session mechanisms.

Retention and requests

Enquiry correspondence is retained for the enquiry and any agreed follow-up, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask about the information held, request access or correction, or request deletion by emailing the contact above. Trial data categories, retention periods, backup handling and responsibilities are specified separately before activation.
